I personally have never washed a house, I know how to do it and have bid on them before but never landed an actual house wash job.

If they called you back for more work, you have just gained a client for life as long as you keep your quality. Also the neighbors will be next. Also with a house like that more than likely they are business owners get them to write you a review letter.
