Oil change pump?

Awhile back someone posted a link to a hand pump for pumping oil out of small engines. I can't find the thread in a search.

Does anyone have any idea where I might find one?

Home depot and tractor supply has them.

This is what I use. It does not get 100% of the oil out but it is good for changing the oil in the field and you don't have time to change filters and drain it completley.

We use a small Vacuum..
(Go figure.)

..you push a small hose in,
you turn on the vac,
and oil is sucked out whilst you do something else.

You just have to MAKE SURE there's no gasoline in the oil FIRST

I use the Pela oil extractor, it works great on the engine oil and pump oil.

Ill definitely be getting a pump. With our new equipment setup it won't be very easy to drain from the bottom without making a mess.

You can order and install the Drainzit hoses that have caps on them for draining the oil, they are about $19.99 for most engines and pumps, you see hoses hanging from engines and pumps on rigs, those are the Drainzit or home-made versions. In case you wanted to try them, they do work good.
