Is your office in home or store front?
I have a shop in central Phx and in the east valley. I have a yard in north phx where trucks are parked.
I bought my central Phx shop back in 1996, it was and old vending warehouse.
My east location is where you see the girls. The office is separate from the home about 900 ft. Three gals work fulltime and support the sales staff of 5.
The invoicing is done by one person fulltime and she handles all accounting with the help of another partime person that works about 22 hours a week.
We employ 43 people currently and service over 1500 locations monthly.
We are hiring three more techs. We have taken on about 140 more locations since july 1 till now.

So Ron, who does all of your IT stuff? Or do you that yourself?
I have and outside guy I use, not large enough yet to have in house.
He repairs most things remotely.
