Now THIS is a pressure washer!

I see that they use hydraulics.... hm that's a GREAT PRICE. Unfortunately it dose not have heat. But stick some boilers on that and it would be fantastic !!! I agree with Henry.

They drop a feed line into the nearest large body of water they can find. LOL. Actually all the ones I've see working around here in and around construction areas normally have a 300-500 tank feed or a water truck very near by and re-fill from fire hydrants. Construction and new underground cable lines are always going on around here. It never seems to end!

Dow Company has built something like you said. 3 individual motors and pumps daisy chained to one boil. Each pump is a 2 GPM. When they want 4 GPM they shut off 1 pump, want 6 GPM, they run all three, etc.

As far as water feeding this other one, you would have to use a fire hose feeding into a 300+ gallon water tank. Then feed from there.

Feeding from a fire hydrant isn't a problem. We usually have at least 2 meters rented from WSSC for this. What I'm looking for is a way to run 5-6 guns putting out 10-15 GPM each, hot water, and varying pressure ratios. 500 PSI - 3,000PSI. I'm already doing this now but I'd rather just have one big trailer to run hoses from instead of having 4 of them. However, being able to stage one or two machines on each side of a building does have it's advantages. I'd just prefer to focus on one side at a time so I only have to close one entrance.

Most of the buildings I'm doing are 4-6 stories and average 400-500 feet per side.

Wow Henry if your doing that much pressure cleaning work you have to be canceling all your Henry's House INC work. That would be way to much work for 3 CEOs' to complete. 6 guns @ 10 gpm with 3000 psi, Oh sweet moses you would be the PRESSURE Cleaning king of the WORLD. I would not think you would have time to run ALL your other businesses with that amount of cleaning work going on.

Maybe you and Jim should get together and put all other cleaners out of business. WOW I am impressed. Ron you need these guys on your payroll. You could retire and the majority of experienced cleaners could go to work for Jim and Henry.

No, I really dont think so...;) I prefer options.

Yeh, sure Mel.

There are quite a few other companies running high volume equipment like this, I'm not the only one.

For me, pressure washing is all about how fast I can get a job as clean as possible, to please the client, and give me the best profit margins possible.

I've expanded into quite a few new areas that I didnt even realize were out there the past couple of years and your right, I may not be able to continue running Henry's Housework much longer. I've thought about splitting it up and selling off parts of it, franchising it, or selling it outright. I'm planning on taking a good look at my options this winter. I already know that I'm going to shut down two of my internet based companies.
