This is how I need to live!

This was from last summer, we did the home, roof, driveway, landings , pool deck ect..... I really just wanted to show what the home looked like. I loved the view!

These are from when we got there, the job took 2 days and we got 4500 for it at completion, trick was there was over a 1/4 mile of driveway.















 
Did that fall under your "Any house $99" ad?
 
That is a beatiful home. Time for a yearly maintenance pretty soon? :yeah:

We do a lot of roofs on salt water canals, always try to carry a rod and reel with us, just in case.

That's funny Chris. I do the same thing. I carry a collapsible spinning rod in my truck. I have caught a lot of nice fish in ponds behind houses and on golf courses after jobs.

Actually I am not sure, this guy was named Scott, he and his wife are professors at AUM. He did mention that he knew a guy that had some gas stations and one was in slapout.

Of course besides a Tractor place and a gas station plus the softball and baseball fields, there is not too much more in slapout.

HAHAHA! Your right about that.. If it's the same one, the guy that owns the BOYS store used to live there!!
 
That's a beautiful home Russ! I know how it is going to homes like that. I used to drive for Fedex Express at Lake Tahoe. I've been to many log home mansions over 15,000 sf. It's absolutely crazy what some of these people do to their lakefront properties with the endless money they have.

I went to Mike Love's (singer from the Beach Boys) home once a week or so. When they open the front door, there's a stream running through their house, and 2 story floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake!

LOL!! It may not be called that now.. But it's main little service station there in slapout on 111 where it splits off!!
 
I think Russ is just trying to get some opinions before he buys it ! :rotflmao:
