I just got a newsletter in the mail from a local exhaust cleaner that is titled
"Exhaust Cleaning Quarterly"
"The newsletter that keeps you up-to-date"
Volume 1, Issue 1 April 1, 2005

the post mark is November 22, 2006

Nineteen months is up-to-date?
