Very nice Mr. Foley. I loved looking at your wood restoration gallery.
Thanks Jason . I am revamping the wood section right now. I don't have any of my houses on the web or cedar shake stuff in detail. The issue with wood houses is I get just enough by referral not to have to advertise I do them . Quoting them is another story if you get to many request . I got hammered at the end of September last year for wood job request .so the spring is all set for work to start. I will be doing more wood restoration this year.

The thing I liked the best was how the first 10 or 11 pictures were like a story board. It just wasn't here is the before and here is the after. It showcased the variety of steps you actually take to give a superior product.

I also have a short history under each deck photo once you get to the deck envy photo guide and a link to the builder. The builders love this. I like story boards . Story boards get you serous clients with problems that need fixing. They sorta eliminate price shoppers. I have two huge restores that people had to save and budget for over a year from the story board. Some people build mini resorts in their back yard without any thought of how to maintain .

I quoted one for 16000 ( pt pine) 2 years ago . Ginormous !!!!! I also recommend to get rid of over half of it ( tear itdown) and put in a stone patio. Guess what they did?

They took half of it down, hopefully. The savings in maintenance costs would most likely recoup the cost for the stone patio in a reasonable time.
