Newbie Question

Got my first size-able commercial job. 64,000 sqf. building, washing only the the front and the concrete flatwork. I also threw in a window cleaning too (exterior).

I'm just curious what long term professionals would charge for this type to service to see if I underbid/overbid/or did it just right.
I've washed for years, but the company I worked for did mainly residential, so I'm a little lost on commercial rates. I've recently headed out on my own and am cultivating commercial markets.
I'm a solo operator, with knowledgeable PT help when needed.

I'll tell you it was pretty formidable showing up on this site today by myself, but I guess its just like eating an elephant, gotta just take a bite and go for it!

Really you dont need a lift for that and we did one very similar last weekend in about 5 hours, are you washing the roof as well (tiles?) I would have added that in since the mix will run down and clean some of the roof tiles. As far as price? Well it just depends on what your market will tolerate, I will leave that up to you since according to your signature you are in my market area. The sidewalks are a breeze that is a pretty small center, we can do 3 or 4 a night like that.

Another thing, when you take a picture of a property make sure you dont give away info with it like this! I got all this from your pic and a list of ALL property managers and their assistants. Just trying to help you in the future.

The first thing I noticed was the leasing sign also LOL, like Russ said that is a quickie center..

Thanks for the heads up, Russ! I appreciate this info. As a one one man show for this one, I've budgeted about 10-14 hours, math wise would be about the same as 2-3 guys on a 4-5 hour job, so I'm not too far off there. Since much of the center is vacant, I could work during the day, so that was a nice benefit.
