We know the technology but often our customers don't. Continuing education is a good plan. I was asked by a news editor {back in the 90s} if I would care to respond to a syndicated columnist who had written a column that was printed in Boston and San Francisco that was slamming the idea of pressure washing homes. I responded by educating the readers on the proper way of hiring contractors and what to look for in any prospective contractor that they were considering. The response was tremendous.
