Hello to everyone, I just started last September and was doing well until the weather changed...Any advice on how to get more business during the slow times?
 
Welcome DJK, I'm going through the same thing. The temps are really affecting the business. One thing that will help is start prospecting a door here and a door there. Make sure you are dressed well and have a clean vehicle and the inside of your vehicle is clean too. Doesn't have to be new yet it needs to look the best it can.

I find I have to give the customers a discount on something to get them motivated. If they have gutters which look fairly easy to clean, Offer a free gutter cleaning with a whole house wash. Or offer a free "front stoop" or front walkway cleaning with a whole house wash...

How about a name????
