New to roof cleaning

[Budget Roof]

I am new to the business, and to this site, thanks for address Chris! I live in north Ga. where the roof pitches are steep (12/10) is average and with quite a few 3 stories off the ground! Can I clean these roofs without having to get on the roof? By using a ladder and spraying the Apple Sauce or will I need to climb and rinse? Do you have to rinse after spraying apple sauce?

I would say that in North Georgia I would rinse , I rinse here but we use EXTREME caution
As far as the roof and being walkable , we usually get on all roofs it seems to rinse easier that way

Thank you Russ for the input, I am located just outside of Atlanta. Do you use the Apple Sauce from Chris? How long will a roof stay clean from just a cleaning?

well, I had my own form of Applesauce but I guess I would say its the same (almost) for 100 gallons I use 40 gallons of 12.5% and 50 gallons of water then I use 12.5 pounds of Borax and TSP , ITS A BIT MORE APPLEY

I hear you! Since you are in Alabama you know about the drought we are having in Ga, there is a complete outdoor water ban. But I can get free water from the county for cleaning, but how would I then rinse? Or do I have to rinse the roof? (I understand I will need to rinse the plants)

our climates are different than Florida , I understand that many roof cleaners in Florida dont rinse but I feel it is necessary here to do so , I dont know what to tell yo except to get a big tank if you are going to carry rinse water or wait out the restrictions
