New Roof Cleaning Flyer

I just made a new roof cleaning flyer, we will be distributing all next week hopefully for at least 20 hours that is.

Any ideas on changes that should be made. I used a basic photo found on google because I am on a different computer. I will change that out to a really good one before printing this weekend.

Any suggestions on what paper to print these on

Well i cannot upload it because its 457 instead of 453 file size, any ideas on a way to post it

That does look nice but if you use yellow letters and no black paper, the yellow letters will not show as good. You probably know that already.

I may come off as nitpicking but a few things should be corrected.

First the roof manufacturers have a method they recommend to get rid of the stains, they don't encourage removal.

Second is the spores. The algae, mold etc aren't spores, but they do produce spores which are kind of like seeds and are microscopic. The spores don't do the damage it's when they become the algae, mold etc.

I don't know about your market but my free driveway clean or house wash could be a major give away. Maybe a "some restrictions apply"? Or at least explain the details on your website. "See website for details".

I'd also put a line on how it can effect the "value" of your property. Such as: Real estate sales professionals say a dirty roof can create a major problem with curb appeal. etc? Dirt doesn't bother some. Loss of value usually does.

I am sorry, I should have clarified that part too.

I will probably use the colors of my logo, Blue or plain Black

No its a free driveway cleaning when you pay for a housewash or roof wash?

Any yes it can be a pain to give this away but when you quote the house or roof you can vary that price a little if the driveway is a milelong or something.

However I will add in a restrictions apply clause to it just in case there is a mile long driveway around here somewhere. With my luck what will be the only house to call me

Your missing the most important part, the after picture of that roof?

Mold, Algae, and Lichen are harmful inhabitants that cause premature wear to your roof costing you

Costing you what? I woul just end it at roof, or state a specific cost, replacement cost, loss of market value, etc.

That looks great. I like to always have a before and after pictures.

I will be doing a good before and after on my fathers roof this weekend and then adding that photo instead of the current one. I also thought i made that little typo error change already but must have not saved it. Thanks for the input
