Hey Russ I get a catalog from Wholesale Parts and Supply , They are out of ellendale , tn.. They have a ts 2021 brand new on sale .. For just over 400.00 it has the plated head on it .. It is New.. It is rated at 5.6 gpm at 3500 psi .. If I put this on my new subaru motor how do you get the different pressures..and gpm's.. is it strictly nozzle size... I mean the best I can get is maybe 2000 @5.6 gpm but what if I want 2500 @5.0 gpm or 3000 @4.5 or 4 gpm out of this pump .. How would you do that... I can also buy the original ts-1511 for about another 250.00 more ( not on sale) Just wondering... I have decided to buy a pump also.. Lets see ( new motor , New Generator and New Pump.., New Unloader, new safety relif valve, new 200ft r-2 hose, new nozzles ,lances, and guns... Whats left ... No No not the coils if they go I am gonna be really mad... Hey and my customers wonder why I charge so much..Dang I have spent 1600 dollars so far .. Not including misc.. junk..

With your stock pulley setup, the TS2021 will pump 5.6 gpm. You'd have to put a larger pulley on the pump, plus longer belts to run 5 gpm.

Ok I am going to get the pump..... If you have seen the whitco machines you know it has about a 6 inch pulley on it already and it rides really clost to the mounting platform... I can probably go aninch or 2 bigger... Also something else will my burner coils hold up to 5 gpm if they were originally designed for 4 gpm .. and at an extra gallon a minute will I be able to set my burner high enough to get 180 or so degrees ???

That is a NICE pump, you WILL like it!

Can't you reuse the old pulleys?

i like gear driven cat pumps and only cat
i say on once you go cat you dont go back!
so get a cat pump and give it a whirl

I had a CAT one time , It purred for a while then it started to hiss and scatch me so I threw it out... I have had a general ts-1511 on my whitco that ran for 5 years befor I rebuilt it.. It still pumps good but I am in one of my spending moods so I was thinking of getting a new pump... I had a comet pump once but it was junk .. Then I had an AR pump on an Alkota it fell apart after 2 years... I wonder if I just buy the original ts1511 if this would be better I found one online for 363.00... I like CAT PUMPS but they are a little overpriced ...
