New Product

My name is Mike Cribbins. I'm the Sales Manager for Custom Design & Industrial Supply.

We are a design and engineering company that manufactures a revolutionary new concept in the power washing industry to help in the cleaning and maintenance of tennis & outdoor courts, swim areas, etc..

As you are aware it is a fine line we walk in the cleaning and repair of a tennis court or the further destruction of it. Through our sister company (RCO Steam Cleaning) we have been involved in the restoration and maintenance of tennis courts, sport courts and all flat surfaces for over 15 years in the northwest and have developed several prototypes of Pressure Washers to aide us in our process. We have our newest product that we’ve been using for about 3 years now and have just recently been approved for a US Patent. This is a multi-purpose all in one pressure washer that can clean a tennis court in just a few hours. This is a stand-alone unit that only has to hook to a water source.

Please take a moment to view our website (www.cdiscompany.com) and feel free to contact myself or Robert Otterson (President) if you have any questions 800-487-5004.

Thank you for your time,

Mike Cribbins

Just talked with Mike, he and his father are the manufactures of this product.

I want to help these guys out because they have come up with a great product and they will sell a lot of these.

Keep in mind guys the arms are not driven by the motor direct. The motor drive the pressure washer and the washer drives the arms at 2500 to 3000 rpm.
The equipment looks very durable and I’m hoping we can get the weight and gauge of the steel.

Mike do you have a photo showing the direct pump hooked to the motor?

Little Red II has an Adjustable Unloader and is a 4 GPM Stand Alone pressure washer. Yes, you can cause damage to a Tennis Court but if you monitor your speed you can effectively clean almost anything with it.

With regard to the unattached Flat Surface Cleaners I can tell you that I would want one machine that could do it all. With the unattached surface cleaners you can get streaking fairly easy, not not with Little Red II. With Little Red II you can clean any flat surface or use the Wand with the simple flip of a valve.

The price is $3800 per unit, plus freight. We assembly, test and prep each one for shipment.

Honda Engine ( 2 year warranty )
Comet pump 4000 psi / 4 GPM
50’ Pressure Washer Hose
30” Crush Proof Water intake hose
1 ea. Wand

Mike, we have a lot of tennis courts here and I was wondering if you could show us the bottom spray bar(s).

I would also like to see a video of it in action with sound, maybe just a few minutes.

Thanks.

I went to the website but the video would not load again. I followed the UTube instructions on uninstalling the player and re-installing it and re-starting the machine.

The player still does not load on the site. Hmmmmm.

I found the video and saw it.

for $3800 ....... 20 hp 8gpm @ 3000 psi + 36" Whisper Wash Surface Cleaner + Hose + wand + tips to lower pressure + Proper chems for cleaning

This set-up will Clean 4-5 times faster for same money and more usable for other projects.

Sorry, But these are the facts and downfall to this equipment. This is probably why most of the literature on website is geared toward selling to Tennis court owners versus Pro Contractors. They don't know any better.

You don't clean tennis courts with a surface cleaner. It is not recommended by the manufacturers. We are in Florida and we have tons of tennis courts here. I was told by atleast 3 installers that the only time to use a surface cleaner on a court is IF it is going to get redone.
What about the drop of water flow the farther away you are from the source?

Unless you have a magic solution on pressure and flow that doesn't put rings in the courts I stick with my wand.
I also hope that nobody stops walking when the machine is running with trigger pulled.

I personally see it as bundlesome and heavy , we clean tons of concrete and I cant imagine wrestling with that all day , sorry just an oponion but the dragging around of a 5/8 water supply hose is not appealing either , and what about water supply problems ? We use all skid mounted units with up to 500 foot of hose per reel , oh and we have hot water

another thing if you need to change tips what happens when you are on the job ? Do you lean the whole machine backwards to get to the spray bar ? If so what about oil in the crank case ?
