At the ACR roundtable on Nov17-18th there is a potential of a new org starting up in the not so distant future from that roundtable. For all I know it could start right then and there and come running out of the box.

This is a two part Question:
1-How much Money would a new org need to get off the ground? I say not that much if you have enough dedicated volunteers to help out with the creating and running the org. By using some of these volunteers talents such as them making websites free of charge to help promote the org this can be a great starting point. If people want to donate cash along the way that will be great also....The Key here is the people who will volunteer there services for the betterment of the org.

2-What should the starting membership price be??Should it be high such as $350 or should it be in the range of $100 so more can join and help the org offer more for its members sooner then just collection $350 with no real benefits.

Be Creative and let your vision flow here:cool:

INteresting concept. How would you establish the experience level? Years of w2's available? Gross revenues over an established period of time? So Dave Olson would be free, and I would have to be $50 a year?
As for the mentoring, etc. A lot of that goes on with the BBS system. Some of them are very valuable, and some, in my opinion, are just a waste of inconvenienced electrons.

yea w-2's, knowledge of older company's most know how long the others have been around. price structure??? i dunno what it takes to run such an organization.. but i do believe a portion of the proceeds should go back to 1or 2 of the "elders" of the organization in the form of a prize. maybe who ever they mentor achieves new sales, customer service or other skills that would not have been realized without them.

yea i get some strate shooting from this site but i really don't trust 85.9% of post made on other boards. plus it takes so much time to sort through the BS ???

i believe a lot of folks on here are genuine about furthering this industry and have a lot to offer. but there is a whole lot that i still dont know and i have offered to pay for it.. to no avail? i would pay 500+ annually to join an organization where i could be mentored and would one day (5-15) years or so offer someone else just breaking out the same opportunity.

JP, you're in NC - I've got something in the works if you're interested in getting on the list.

sounds good to me this was my first year and i learned a lot here, but us newbies dont make that much in the begining.bring the price in the afforable range and the older guys dont pay nothing. or something.

wow i guess i killed another thread?! everybody crying about lowballers this shoddy workmanship that and the only organization around is useless in furthering this industry.... Mr.Tornabene did you jump ship on this one are what?
