JL Pressure Washing
I wish I could hire this guy. Those who don't him it Christian of Pressure Works great guy and helps us out every once iin a while. Lives down the road from me and we help each other out. He's a great wood guy and just about everything else. He was helping us out Monday had a big job to finish and started this garage. This is a 10 story garage not really that big, we do it every 6 months nice easy job. This is the job one of my guys fell in the pool this week and it was like 32 degrees outside brrrrrrrrr

I was told it will be in Emeryville, CA.

For those who is not sure where that is....

Across from San Francisco. Where the bay bridge connects to Oakland. Just 1/4 mile North from the bridge entrance. Is is mainly a business area. Years ago was a industrial area. No Homes. However, since land is a premium in this location ( Not so much now), they have built high rise condos. One high rise is about 25 stories.

Just a note to everyone.... This city is next to Berkeley. You know, the people who sit in the trees because someone is going to cut them down to build a recreation center for all to enjoy.

These are the guys who wanted to pass a law making it a crime to spank your child under the age of three. It would carry JAIL time with it.

Run off of any pressure washing will be watched closely by the local citizens. I am sure with phone numbers set on their speed dial G3 cell phones. Please check all local laws before any pressure washing.

I am not sure if they are as strict as Concord, however they are extreme intelligent environmentalists.

You guys think I am bad about capturing the water and environmental issues, pressure wash in Berkeley and do it wrong. Or as locals outside of the city call them... Berserkely.
