Vetran Washer 30 Years Plus
We had nothing but trouble trying to find something to rent up in NY. Even when we found something and sent our money to secure it there was always some bulls**t. So we bought another smaller home here and will look for something small up in NY so we can go back & fourth :yes4:

Besides my boat is here and the season is much longer here !! So this is what we found, we go to closing the 30th of Aug.

Congrats. I always loved the screened in garage idea. It quickly converts to a BBQm party when the weather turns bad. We had one when we lived in Fl also. I may be purchasing a house a little south of PA, possibly VA or northern NC to retreat during the Winter ice wars.
 
It's 6 miles from where our other house is, so no big deal.

Thanks Kory, I am happy to be staying, we will eventually go north but I am keeping this house when we go.
