New Flash -- Ackland Makes a Mistake

As hard as it may be to believe, I have made a mistake.

In the Cleaning and Certification manual on page 12/44 there is a Duffus note suggesting using transmission fluid to polish hoods. Although this method might work very well, it is not a good idea to introduce tranny fluid into a food environment.

I want to especially thank the March Phil Ackland Training class down at Deluxe Cleaning (Delco's Fort Worth office) for pointing this out.
