I actually know a Few industry giants that have managed a few others looking at it as we speak.

I hope the BOD looks hard.

Jeff its actually cheaper than you think, if you had done the research you would have found they would have started the UAMCC for around 5000 dollars total.

They will draw a plan and follow it for 3 years, after three years you can bid it out to another Co.

If they made you 300,000 in the bank why fire them. Keep rolling!!

I hope the UAMCC can get a pro, the org needs this. Its time they had someone run the day to day stuff and work on building the org through other channels.
