New Constuction homes,

I would like to charge .10 per square but there are some builders I have worked for that would never pay that. It would be nice to get a little more because I never use a surface cleaner on new construction except in the garage. I wand everything else.

The last new home construction builder I worked with, I charged $ 100.00 per man hour plus materials. He never wanted a price up front and this method worked out well for both of us.

This seems foreign to me. Out here, the flatwork isn't washed after construction. The only exception would be the garage of course. That's done by the final home clean crew. They're usually getting .13/sq. ft. for the entire house clean including windows and the garage pressure washing. No thanks.

Depends on the size (2 or 3 car garage, concrete / asphalt driveway etc.), but around $80-$125 per.

Need to have a well defined scope of work, all materials out of garage and off driveway, no other trades in the way, water turned on, etc.

That's why my Cleaning service doesn't do PCC. That can only be profitable by not having insurances and hiring illegally. (cash under table etc)
