I'm going to take photos of my old Shop today and post some.
My old Shop is located at Indian School and 10th street downtown area in PHX.
I used to have and office there and it just got to rough for the girls to work out of. You had to leave way before dark.
My neighbor run a motel by the hour, next door is were Chipolte started believe it or not. Two guys running a vending operation and then sold it to Mcdonalds, we have not seen them since they cashed the check.LOL
The old shop is Scheduled to be torn down. Gone!!!!!!!!
Time Flys and memorys go by.
My east valley Shop will still remain but our new shop is located off I-10 and 43ave. Not a real great area but i got the building for a deal. Much larger and we have room to expand.
I can park about 60 trucks, the old shop we ran out of room. We packed the 8 trucks in. The gilbert yard can hold only 15. Its dual zoned so i have to be courteous to my neighbors.
I excited about the new shop and will be planning on having the first roundtable at a contractors shop. (2009)
This is going to be alot of fun, we will do teh round table during the week and you can see repairs and maint being done. trucks coming and going.
Its and exciting time for me and my business.
We will be cleaning it this weekend and moving in the next couple weeks as the old buildings will be torn down.
