Glad the websites up, I've been waiting to put in an order order.

What tricks are in the coil design?

It is a longer coil with better spacing for air flow and the way it is wrapped it allows for better heat transfer. We also use the larger SDC burner assembly to generate more heat for the water.

The way it is set up now 8gpm tested out over 190. it is equipped with a high limit switch so you would need an adjustable thermostat to go higher than that.

Sweet! I'm gonna need you to send me two of them, for "official testing purposes" in the KEC industry. If you can have them to me this week, I will waive the standard testing fees of $19,995.00.:D

Paul I did appreciate the info you shared previously on these new systems, but I have a few more questions, what is the difference in coil length, pancakes and burner of the "white hot" vs the 2008 year end models for $3995?

Is the burner and coil in your tested 8gpm @ 190F unit the same for the 5.6gpm unit?

Whats the warranty on the coil?

Yes it is the same coil we installed on the 5.6gpm unit. Warranty is 5 years pro rated.

The coil that we use on this unit is similar to the one on our high volume units and is about 80 feet longer than the standard coil. The coil has 6-8 'pancakes' as you call them and a larger burner chamber for better heat transfer. This unit is also equipped with a large frame SDC burner assembly for greater raw heat in the chamber.
