Problem is when I hit the gym it hits me back. I don't like all this hitting. So I stay out of the way of all the hitting.
 
Is there a weight loss challenge brewing? Won't you be here in Feb Ron?

I say everyone who wants to participate make a video weigh-in. Any ideas for the winner? Winner being the PWI member that loses the highest percentage of weight.
 
I started a 12 week work out program and it is really working so far. Im happy with it. I don't follow the supplements except on work out days I take whey protein in the morning and within 1 hour After my workout. I also started creatine mono-hydrate. I judge my results by my cloths. They've got this brand new machine at the gym. I only used it for about an hour because I started to feel sick, but it's awesome - it's got Mars bars, KitKat Chunkys, crisps...Everything!

Funny, until you get tired of feeling sick!
