Need program to auto fill forms on the computer

I have a new Service/customer form that we are starting to use in house, and right now I am having them printed on a triplicate form NCR. I am wanting to use my PDF file and use it in some form of auto fill where it will just go to the spaces to fill in when doing it on the computer, instead of writing them out buy hand. I am also wanting to go to an ipad also, and this would help with just using a "picture" of the pdf and using something like jotpad to fill in the data on it. What about my computers? is there a program to put my pdf into and make it to where it will tab to the next box or space? I hope I am conveying what I need to those of you who understand lol

I would think something like Microsoft Access would work well for you. Compiles all into a database that you can pull various reports from.

I don't know all the ins and outs of the software but it is a good tool.

Thanks, I will see if Access will link with Adobe PDF. I posted the same question on PT State and Charlie from Apex Decksavers told me that I needed the full version of Acrobat which I do, and this thing is awesome! It was exactally what I was looking for, but I will see if access links with it for saving and database. Thanks!
