Need help with fleet washing

Hello
Haven't been on this site for sometime now. But if anybody could help I would appreciate it.
I was recently asked to bid on washing 60 trucks per month for a year contract. My problem is not what to charge but how to go about doing the work. I have been in the pressure washing business for 6 yrs now. I have all sorts of equipmentt so I hope I have what I need to get the job done. Fleet washing would be a great supplement to my business, especially durning the winter.
Anyway, I just need help on where to start. Especially chemicals, techniques and reclaiming water. I'd rather not invest a ton of money in a reclaim system. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anybody in Ohio is looking to be a sub for this season let me know.
