Need Help at myrtle Beach

The sales lady at Holiday Inn actually made a drawing of your room set up from last year Ron so maybe that will be a little easier and done for us. Hopefully you wont be up till 4am

YES Speakers. I am awaiting another call back from Toastmasters on them possibly supplying a speaker. I talked with the main national office. I should have an idea if thats going to be something we can do soon

Jeff, those people she has working for her are silly. They didnt know the carpet is lined in 1 foot sections. They didnt know the center of room. WOW!!!!!!!!

I would say they dont do anything and we set it up so we dont have to move it all three times.

Nicole, love to have you one the job in MB...Ask pete if you can work the registration desk. About 2 hours fri and 1 hour sat...That would be a big help

Half way thru the room I need a space for two 54 inch monitors. people in the back will need this to see the presenters.
 
We have Five booths for hall way, we measurements of the hallway. I wonder if they have a site plan with the hallway.

Vendors will set up on friday and take down sunday. We dont have the center accross the street, i was thinking of asking the Bar next door if we could do demos also.

if you guys need my help at all just let me know. i used to have a connection at the boathouse to help set up the demo if you would like ron.
 
Nancy and I will help all we can.
I've also talked to manager a couple of times at the Boathouse-the place next store. If Jason's in is no longer there, I will check on the demo's.
