In Oct. 07 I bought my 2003 F250.A week or so later 1 of the batteries went dead and the dealer wasn't willing to help out on replacements.
I went to the local NAPA and bought 2 of their gold series just shy of $100 each. They carry a 3yrs warranty I only hoped they would be worth the investment.
Fast forward to yesterday morning when i went out to run some errands and the truck won't crank.I hook the charger up and take the wife's Expedition to do errands.
The batteries charged the better part of the day and barely cranked the truck.I drove it around for about 45 minutes to help get a decent charge build up.Then this morning I again ran errands with no problems, until about 4pm when I had to make a run to another town. The beast failed to start I broke out the jump box and got her started and headed to NAPA.
Told them about the batteries and without missing a beat they went and got 2 new batteries and helped me pulled the old ones and get the new ones installed. No questions asked,no hassles and the new batteries carry the same 3yrs warranty.
