In Oct. 07 I bought my 2003 F250.A week or so later 1 of the batteries went dead and the dealer wasn't willing to help out on replacements.
I went to the local NAPA and bought 2 of their gold series just shy of $100 each. They carry a 3yrs warranty I only hoped they would be worth the investment.
Fast forward to yesterday morning when i went out to run some errands and the truck won't crank.:mad:I hook the charger up and take the wife's Expedition to do errands.
The batteries charged the better part of the day and barely cranked the truck.I drove it around for about 45 minutes to help get a decent charge build up.Then this morning I again ran errands with no problems, until about 4pm when I had to make a run to another town. The beast failed to start I broke out the jump box and got her started and headed to NAPA.
Told them about the batteries and without missing a beat they went and got 2 new batteries and helped me pulled the old ones and get the new ones installed. No questions asked,no hassles and the new batteries carry the same 3yrs warranty.
NAPA Rocks:woot:

I am a HUGE Napa. Fan. Worth whatever extra money they might cost.

That is great!

I had to replace batteries earlier this year so my 05' Dodge Cummins Quadcab 2500 Longbed SLT got about 4 years from the factory batteries but I figured they would pro-rate them and give me some crappy batteries.

I went to a local place that actually rebuilds the Starters, Alternators, electrical motors, etc... and bought 2 of their best batteries since one battery was only about 8 volts and the other was about 10 volts.

The truck cranks faster than when it was new!

I got some of that red spray and every month or so I will spray more of that red stuff onto the top terminals and wires, they say it helps keep them from corroding and that will help to extend the battery life.

I will have to think about Napa the next time I need a battery, Thanks for the info!
