My trailer got delivered! Pics of setup

Got my trailer at the end of last week. Don't laugh, it's a Northstar. I'm actually quite impressed with it for a starting unit. You'll also see pics of my truck and vacuum I use for my current clean-up work. As soon as I can get a little cash flow generated from the washer, I will add a vacuum recovery surface cleaner, sump pump, generator and filtration system for full washwater reclaim and recycle. Whatcha think? Suggestions on the forthcoming equipment?

looks good. Is the whole unit on the bed a vacuum? What do you use it for? just curious.

Yes, all a 24 horse vacuum with dual baghouses. I currently use it for rough construction cleaning mostly, some industrial as well. The second baghouse (driver's side) is my dedicated wet side, and will serve water collection duties.

As you can tell, everyone is interested in the vacuum as am I. What is the cfm? Did you build the unit or is it a prefab one? What is the Mercury on the unit? And finally.... the costs?

Thanks everybody for the compliments.

The vacuum will pull 650 CFM @ 10"HG in each baghouse simultaneously. When the pressure washing side of things gets larger, I can have simultaneous vacuum recovery on both pressure washer operators. This unit costs pretty close to $20k after freight, pre-seperators, etc. If I were to set up a PW specific rig from scratch, it would be quite different.

Thanks. No, you're seeing it in it's parking spot. The camera hides a lot:D

Nice unit. Any filtration units for recovered wash water, or is that a future project?

Backing up?

How is it backing up the trailer and maneuvering the rig with such a long tow vehicle?

It's not to bad. The cab forward trucks turn a sharper circle than most pickups. The most difficult part is how much wider the truck is than the trailer, often obscuring the view of the trailer.
