Russ Spence

Commercial Pressure Wash Expert
compare these two pages ...... I LOVE IT WHEN SOMEONE THINKS MY PRICING IS GOOD ENOUGH TO REPLICATE

http://www.hogwashpressurewashing.com/id1.html HIS RESIDENTIAL
http://www.prokleenpressurewashing.com/pricing.html MINE

http://www.hogwashpressurewashing.com/id5.html HIS COMMERCIAL
http://www.prokleenpressurewashing.com/CommercialEstimate.html MINE

everyone should email him and tell him what a nice site he has ! hahahahaha

I'm just going to put a "prices" link on my site and link it to your prices. It will save me a lot of time and I don't have to pay my website guy!

Actually I thing there are 2 Hog Wash on here. I saw Russ's price list when we started doing flat work early this year. Quite frankly it scared me. I saw all his gear that it takes to be able to do that work and thought I could get us in big trouble if I scored some big contract and didn't have the equipment or the knowledge needed. I'm glad too. We have worked our way into smaller jobs like restaurants and small strip centers. I really like the commercial work but it is much more work than I imagined. I have a lot more respect for the guys that do the big commercial jobs now.

I guess if we put it out there we are to blame for the people who have no clue how to go about representing themselves to potential customers.

He copied Russ verbatim line for line, this is someone who can copy your web site and pricing, but never duplicate your work.

I agree, the first strip mall I did was for more my own testing the anything else. Sure It took me over 7 hours to do and it was not very large, but I learned alot during those 7 hours. Like what hot water will do to wood, what hot water will do to gum, what aggregate looks like clean, how much of a bit$h aggregate can be if your using the wrong tips in your surface cleaner, how filthy people are here in MS, and how long it can take if you don't know what your doing. This same shopping center now would take less than 3 with someone rinsing behind me, or even less with 2 on surface cleaners and 2 rinsing. Not to mention a setup like Russ, 3 or 4 guys working, 2 with surface cleaners, 2 with wands removing gum, rinsing, everyone pitching in cleaning windows that got dirty from our cleaning, columns, trash cans, and storefronts, which could be done in less than 2 with the right equipment. The problem I face is I cannot afford to purchase 2 or 3 more skids without the work to pay for them so when these larger accounts sign up then the shipments will be rushed to get them here.

are you just keepin all the arguing on ptstate? Can I ask a couple questions? What do you neutralize your chems with? We have been doin concrete for years, and I never have. Is it a risk management thing? is it oxalic?but all we use is a mild degreaser, I have a local chem guy he gets me what I need. ha
its sodium hydroxide.
