My next F9 BARC project.

First of all I think there should be a discussion section dedicated to F9 BARC cleaning.

With that being said, my next cleaning project has several areas that need to be addressed. My primary question is about quoting the various jobs.

What's the best method of quoting these sorts of jobs for consistent pricing? I've calculated each using square footage and the large jobs seem astronomical while the smaller jobs seem just the opposite (not worth pulling the F9 out of the trailer). Should this be calculated by the hour (without lots of experience, that would be hard to quote)? How do you guys price these sort of jobs?

We are working on a section for rust removal. Pricing shouldn't be discussed at length here but standard pricing for concrete is either by job, by section or between .50 and $1.00 per foot. Building sidings can run from .50 to $2.00 per square foot depending on what you are removing.

Call me with any questions.

Thanks Craig. I'm not looking for exact numbers, but a formula of sorts for various size jobs (large to small), which you have provided, thanks.

Just wasn't sure how to respond to a call if all they wanted were a couple areas like the first picture in the second row. It would cost more to quote the job.

We price speinkler rust removal 50 per sprinkler head. Something like patio furniture 30per location 5*5 max. I dont use f9 for everything but that stuff kicks ass. I usually ox those sprinkler stains..but...I bet if you were to chalk test that paint would come out whiter than michael jackson so beware of color variation. Just a guess. We have a minimum $150 residential stain removal. But I am cheaper than most lately. ..look out Larry

Could someone please educate me on the application process for this? Main uses I am looking into this for is fertilizer staining which after playing with new equip on my driveway today realize i flung it everywhere...how many square feet should one gal cover as well?

says about the mix and spraying but stops there...or im just over looking it. how much dwell time? needs to be hit with a surface cleaner again after the application and dwell time or just sprayed off?

I have a minimum price for any type specialty stain removal, and then goes up from there depending on the scope.
