Yeah that's absolutely a bad job using a surface cleaner. Operator moved too fast, incorrect flow or pressure or nozzles. Should have used chems before and or after.
Should have kept working till it was clean.

Really you should point out to her to call back the contractor that did this. They should have known that was not good. But sometimes you can't tell till its dry. I have left some driveways before that I thought were good only to come back and see these dreaded lines. I would want to correct that if I did it. Seems like heavily mildewed exposed aggregate is the worst for me to do that. Price it accordingly because I have to go over it more.

Its your neighbor, in like "next door neighbor"? if it is pass on some good will and fix it for free. They say thats good Karma, I just hate that my neighbor across the street does 7k bales of hay every year.

Mark if your nieghbor is not using you I would question the marketing of my business plan.Your nieghbors should at least know what you do an should get a nieghborhood discount.That driveway looks like crap.I would offer to fix it but do it right like the guys said lay down a heavy mix and let it work and then go get it make it look great.
