My house

This is my house and I wanted to test my mix. I used 1 gal sh 12.5% (sh is fresh) and 1 gal water with elemonater, cling on and Karcher all purpose cleaner. If you were the customer would this be acceptable? I let it dwell for 10 min but I can't even scrub it off by hand. Seems it's baked into the vinyl. What do you tell the customer? Before cleaning, " I think I can get it all off" or after when there not happy and before dusk 15 of their friends will know your name. Forgot to say that this is white siding.

I always tell my customers "I can't make it new but I will leave it clean." People have to realise that if they have neglected to have their house cleaned for 10 years they can't expect you to leave it looking like it did the day it was built. The biggest killer of exterior house finishes here in New Zealand is the sun. UV readings are amongst the highest in the world in NZ and had gotten worse over the years. Paints and PVC sidings suffer oxidisation and quite severely at times.
If I visit a home to quote and it is really bad I tell the customer that there are no guarantees expressed or implied, I will wash your home and at least make it look clean again after all it is a soft wash wand I am using not a magic wand and I can't undo the damage mother nature and time has inflicted on their home.
