Wish I was built like that
I spent plenty time in the Gym, in my day.
Never looked like he does.
I tease him about being an air conditioning contractor
He crawls in attics and sweats, "thats why" he is so ripped.
Actually, to look like this, it takes good genetics, and LOTS of hard work and diet.

Being that lean takes a VERY STRICK diet!!! thats unreall he is prolly what 3 or 4 % bf
