My guys are working on this large Condo Complex here thats going to take aprox 2 weeks. Its mostly brick. There also cleaning and flushing all the gutters. They started this Wednesday and yesterday I called them to see how there doing. They told me everything is fine and I then said when do you guys need me there.... Here is the the song to my ears---"We don't need you here at all. They will call me when there done" on top of that this is a nationwide manag. company that handles these condo's and they called our office and where amazed how nice the brick is coming out... SWEET...

And to top it off they paid half in advance and here's a tip for some of you... they also asked for something extra and since this is all contracts---now here's the tip for the ones who don't know this-- They paid immiedetly thru my payal set-up on my website for the extra work.

Enjoy the Tampa RT... I wish I could have been there but my 2 yr hiatus of staying away from everything is almost up...hahaha.. which is the promise I gave to my wife after the Oct 2009 UAMCC Convention.
 
Ive had these 2 main guys for around 5 yrs now and they are the best I ever had. I had a few guys inbetween these 2 and many guys before them but these 2 are special. Never have I gone back to check on them were they not working and there work is probably better then mine was and thats hard to admit because you feel as a business owner that your the best.

As a few business type people told me over the years that until I release the attitude that I am the best at what I do and no one can do it better I will never grow because I can't release control. Hardest step to do in business and it took me pretty much all of 16 yrs to now finally admit that there better at what I use to do and I'm better at what I'm doing now which is chasing the work.

I guess I was a slow learner....but... I still do the parking garages with them because I still like to get out there and keep the real feel as to why I got into this type of work was because I liked it.... and I actually got paid for what I liked to do.
