Hi everyone,

I had purchased a Mosmatic DR-520 roof cleaner and being in So.Cal. I found that I won't be using it as much as I thought so my loss is your gain. I cleaned only two roofs with it and it works GREAT! I used it on concrete tile roofs which were VERY steep (roughly a 45 degree angle) and it saved alot of time and safety issues with cleaning such a steep roof. Mosmatic Rocks... Man I love these swivels. I have built 2 surface cleaners, a duct cleaner , and now I ordered a couple more swivels today.. I am building a wheeled adjustable trash chute cleaner. Now I think Mr ALAN has a great Idea.. an undercarriage cleaner NICE>>>> You could also put swivel casters on it and a handle and use it as a surface cleaner , It looks like a real nice unit....

Hey Alan

I'm doing just fine...Thanks for asking. Just trying to dodge all these fires down here. Looks like I'll get more business because of it. In 03', I did a "fire clean up" when we had the Cedar fires and did 13 luxury apartment home communities(3,700 units total) which paid VERY well. Looks like I'm going to be doing the same project again this year. Hope all is going well with you!
