Here is an accident we had this morning in Phoenix. It was a truck full of coffee creamer that overturned at one of the busiest interchanges in Phoenix. Want to guess how this truck, filled with 50,000 lbs of coffee creamer, about 5000 gallons, was cleaned up? You will notice that there is a truck that they are off loading some of the creamer to, before the turn the truck upright.
I will bet that, however they clean it up does not comply with EPA guidelines, for either Diesel fuel, which was spilled, or for Dairy products.
