Monthly washing in upper class town

Im bidding on about 1200 square feet of concrete around a starbucks. It will be a monthly cleaning and its in a very expensive town, i think its in like the top five in america. I dont want to overcharge alot but id like to get as much as i can, what would you charge?

First its entirely small job, 95 125 145 175 is what they will pay. Its will depend on a few things. The scope of work and are you doing the windows and dumpster area?


The initial might take 4 hours, who knows I didn’t see it. When you return for maint cleaning this job will take about 30 to 45 minutes. How much do you think they are willing to pay?

Demographics don’t play very much in the commercial world. Frankly I would want more money if I were going into a poor area.
