A gallon of gas was 31 cents a gallon in the 60's.... I remember when I was a kid in the 70's I only paid like 52 cents for it... I could go get a gallon of gas , a candy bar and a coke for $1.00...

I grew up in the sixtys. I appreciate your sharing this information with us. You can see how we are different today. The days of LOVE and sharing are gone. Just look around. Everybody wants whatever they want and want it now. Too bad we lost those times. Thank You.

We had one TV in the house and it was a black and white. My Mom didn't get a color television until after all of the kids were out.

A much simplier and in my opinion better time for this country. Not to say we didn't have problems but not what we have today.
