hey folks

Just finished measuring a couple of shopping centers and a couple of strip malls... 11.20pm and still 82 degrees & humid - gotta love Florida!!!

... Got pics at each location, one of the strip malls has sidewalks that look as though they have been torn to shreds by a PW. I'll post them when I get home, it's a fairly new property, perhaps the damage was done by the contractors during construction or PW in clean up.

Anyways, just thought I'd share some useless info...

Small centers - both are 20,000 +/- and the strips are 8,000 +/-. These will be unsolicited, but I've got good photos and have had good feedback from a couple of PM's on my 'vendor introduction' pack. Got a call from a Senior Property Manager the day he received his, told me to send W9 and named insurance cert. for his and another company then told me to bid on a 12,000 sq ft strip - waiting on property owner go ahead.

I've used your scheduling suggestion in all of my bids and selling so far... just waiting!
