I will find out Monday on New Shopping Center, but as of Now I think we have it LOL we are working on Pricing for the Washing of the center now and how much more SQ FT they will be adding on subtracting from my Bid. The Sweeping is nailed down and I have another meeting to give a bid on another place Monday Morning too.

They called me yesterday, they Found Me on the Web, So even a So So Website works if they need you and Mine is So So, but I made it myself and it was the first one I had ever done. I have been meaning to change it around but I have not had the time but I will here soon.

The Moral of the Story is GET A WEBSITE UP and Running ;)
 
Great advice Terry, I have got my biggest and best jobs from people out there finding me by my website.

It is like a necessity these days as more and more people are searching online and using the yellow pages less often.

I am very glad I have my website, I am actually having it changed around for more picture, video and notifications capabilities.

The new site should be ready in a month or so.

Your right, this client was from Southern Cal and looked me up on the web, I got my last big client this way and he was in Southern Cal too LOL easier then a phone book for out of town companies.

I will redo my site when I get time but at least on on the web right now.
