Everytime you eat at a fast food place or resturaunt, leave a business card, wheter it be at the drive thru or through the waitress. If you leave one at the drive thru - try to talk with a manager
"Hey, I noticed that your sidewalks haven't been cleaned lately? Are you currently using a cleaning service?
*If Yes: "Well it doesn't seem that they are getting them as clean as they could be, would you mind if I came and gave you a free demonstration?"
"If No: "Well they could defiently use a good cleaning, and not only will it attract more customers, it will be safer for customers and employees. Would you like me to give you an onsite demonstration of our services?
