Yup Yup. I have had the security people go on the roof when we were in the middle of the job, take pictures and send them to mall management showing what a mess we make. Of course they didnt take any pictures of the completed work which was CLEAN.
We cant go on the roof if it is snowing, raining of if there is a new security guard who is scared shitless of doing something wrong.
Do you think they call us before we leave to tell us that?
The insurance the mall wants increased increased unbelievably. Along with a substanital increase on liability and vehicle insurance they want to be co insured.
My customers were looking for lower prices to clean mazelike systems. ( THEY WERE GETTING GREAT PRICES ) It is the proverbial rock and a hard place.
Send 3 to 4 men and a truck to a job starting at 11:00 PM to wait around for half an hour to be told they were not going to be allowed on the roof. Oh, no problem, we can just wake some other customer up and they will let us do their resturant.
