"maintainence Agreement" Forms?

I have to use caution circulating a lot of them. I do not need them ending back in the hands of my competitors. I will see if I can dig up some older ones to send.

I will have my laptop in Phoenix for anyone that is interested in seeing how I use ACT database to automate customized commercial, residential and wood restoration contracts, track projects, send mailing list and schedule projects amongst many other task. The cost of the database was about 70 bucks initially off of ebay and I have since upgraded.

Act Database is interfaced with my quickbooks PRO and it is syncronized with all laptops, my PDA smartphone and the mainframe computer.

With ACT, It literally takes me about 5-10 minutes to generate a cover letter, Terms and conditions, and a comprehensive detailed custom quote. Plus it attaches all of the generated documents to the Clients data file and is easily retrieved for review or modification from year to year.
