We wonder why we cant get good money for our profesional services. These type of guys are killing themselves and the industry. How many homes at 75 bucks each does this company have to clean to make a decent living say $135k? They dont look at it this way. He will be gone soon and leave a $75 house wash price in someones mind. When my company gives them a price of $400 they fall over. Sell your service not your pricing!!!
 
Can I sub him my 5000 sq ft house, 600 ft long drive customer for $75?

Maybe he's figured he can lose money on every customer, but make it up in volume?

Frankly, I don't want a customer that actually thinks that $75 is going to get them the quality of work they really want. Realtors, on the other hand....
 
There are guys advertising around my town "most homes 150 bucks" that just degrades them as a fly by night. We just finshed a larger project. 5-6k sq ft home some brick, vinyl,concrete work and composit deck. He actually phoned the $150 guy and he told him yah they think they can do it all for that. We charged $1650.00 one day two men. We stick to our minimums as well. We wont even pull the rigs from the garage for under $200. Its just not worth it. Our commercial is different. We can charge less because we are doing volume in one night. 5 stores 175 each is an ok night. Upsell everything! House, sidewalk,driveway,roof all seperate pricing and it adds up at the end of the season.$
