Hi everyone

I'm new here I've been a 'lurker' if thats the word. I wanted to thank everyone for the info they have shared. I have some thoughts I wanted to share and get response on in the environmental section and I have a few tips to post but at the moment I just saw a bid for a big shopping center with 20' sidewalks and a 6000 sf grocery storefront at under 1 cent/ft. From what I can tell we're in the bottom of the market here - Arizona, Southwest. But is this what its come to up in Phoenix? I'm in Tucson, this bid came out of Phoenix.
