As some of you may know, I have a trailer unit that I am selling. I have a buyer but he is having a difficult time securing financing. He is still very interested but I cannot take interest as a payment...lol.

Anyway, I have prepared some pics and some information that you'll find helpful. I am asking $15,000.00 for the trailer. The signs I will remove.

.The trailer has like new tires. Bearings greased recently. Dexter axles. New seals on the rear doors. The side door has and deadbolt proffessionally installed in addition to the door handle itself. The trailer is rated for 5000lbs due to the 2" hitch.

This is an all aluminum frame trailer. It weighs in at 1700 lbs dry.

There are 4 wands mounted on the ceiling of this trailer, along with the 2 brushes. The wands range from 2 feet to 6 feet. All stainless steel. The have a roll-over nozzle on them that injects the soap. You have nothing to turn or move around. I will show you. It is a quick way of changing soaps and this set up has proven itself over anything I have used.....

......Your brushes are all good commercial grades brushes. One big one, one auto one. The poles that come with the brushes are Wooster brand Sherlock extension poles. One is from 4-8 feet and one is 8-16 feet. Both are great for their use.

The hose reels are Hannay brand hose reels. One on bottom, 3000 psi. the one on top is 5000 psi. I had an aluminum frame built to accomadate both hose reels and the soap valve. Both are under warranty. There is 500 feet of low pressure proffessional grade garden style hose. The top has 5000 psi 1 wire victor vortex hose.

Behind the hose reels you will see a water softener. This will soften roughly 2000 gallons of water, depending on the hardness. All water traveling in the low pressure hose is taken through this softner and then dumped into the water tank. There is a bypass valve in case you don't want soft water. The water travels to an elbow on the top of the water tank with a Hudson brand float valve. These are a non mechanical valve, nothing brakes while you pull it down the road. When the tank is full, the water automatically stops at the valve and the refills as water goes down.

Mounted on the left side of the hose reel, there is a 3-way ball valve that allows you to choose from one of the three, 15 gallon soap containers mounted on the front side of the water tank. The like is clear commercial grade line with brass (check valve) screens and a poly check valve for the hydroflouric acid solution. This allows you to have 3 full soaps and choose between which soap you will use for different applications that you switch at the back of the trailer. The soap is injected via low pressure after the pump. No up-stream at all. We can cast soap a long way with the system I used.

The front of the trailer has built in shelving and one side pulls out to a desk and has storage place. The shelving is built well and plumb and level. The blue inside the trailer is a 2 part epoxy paint from Sherwin Williams. This stuff is good. I have rinsed the trailer after every wash. We have added to the paint, reflective sand. It works well.

There is a 2" valve on the tank more than sufficient for 10 gallons a minute. The valve is connected to a tee. One direction leads to a 2" brass dump valve that allows you to dump water if you want to travel empty. This exits through the bottom of trailer. Also teed in there is a line that goes out the back, 5/8 I think. This line is for wash water for your hands and for filling pump sprayers with water. There is a shut off valve on the end of the hose. The other direction is towards the pump where there is a commercial grade 1" water filter. This has a screen in it and it is easily accessible and unscrews easily for cleaning. You water then goes to your pump. No pump cavitation.

Wow! You have what looks like a very well thought out setup! I have thought about the water softener idea, but am not sure it is something I should do. Does the softer water make a big difference in the quality/speed of your work?

Also, what is the cage you have around your water tank, and how big is the tank?

Thanks!

Thank you for the compliment. I have set up a few of these things and yes it is well thought. Everything is easily accessible and works with everything else.

The trailer is a 7x14 v-nose. I like the trailer... alot.

The tank is 275 gallons. The cage around the tank protects the integrity of the tank when it is full. So it doesn't balloon as it fills. I use if for many things though. Strap the 15 gallon soap tanks to it.

Water softner... absolutely. No question about the water softner. It by far sets this unit apart from all the rest. The wash shows the proof of that. It works twice as good with half the soap. I would NEVER not have a water softner on board. I can't say enough about them.

I have one in my house and 2 extra's in the garage.

Hope I answered some of your questions.

Justin, I made some comments about your price a few weeks ago. After reading how you have your trailer set up I would like to take back what I said and ad, I think your setup is well worth it. I deeply apologize for saying what I said before. You obviously know what you are doing and anyone that gets it from you will be very happy. And about the name thing...thanks.
Mike
P.S. I will be doing some work near you in Akron as soon as temps stay above freezing, we should hook up and get lunch or a drink.

Mike (extreme),

Appology accepted. I too reacted probably a little different then I should have. Thank you for keeping an open mind. It was my fault too because I just posted pics, no real explanation.

I would certainly not mind getting together sometime. I have been very busy lately so it will be hit or miss but later in the evening would probably work out better. Call me on the number listed below when you want to get together.

I'll tell ya. I am getting my tax refund soon and wish it was enough to get your unit. I would love it but can't afford it all. You don't have any machines do you.
