And my fat a$$ couldnt fit down into the pit style to remove the maggoty and rat terd infested garbage. Had to come back with a skinny worker from a temp agency to get in there. He didnt show up the next day.

What's wrong with those temp agency guys, don't they know that sometimes in life the work is going to be hard, dirty and nasty?
Too many people out there want the cush office jobs, problem is a lot of them don't have the office or computer skills for those jobs.
Time to grab the shovel and start digging.
Maybe a huge Scirocco type vacuum with a 6" hose would work for that stuff? If so, They are available or can be built.

I dont know if a vaccum would work. The primary stuff that gets lodged in there is their fiberglass and plastic display signs which some are as big as "For Sale" signs. And they are lodged in there pretty good in between the hydraulic arms. They are covered with trash juice and greasy.
Regular Maint is needed

The ones I did, most of them said the last time they were done was an year ago. The other that were done a little more ecently had squigly zero degree marks on the ground and didnt look much better than the ones done a year ago.

How long do they take on average?
When you first started how long did they take until you got it down?
Are they all about the same, or are some worse then others?

They take 2hours to do and you have to reclaim yes there are different ones and you have to clean inside the dog house and with hot water know chems aloud you have to have a big truck to pull them out with and put them back.when you clean the dog house you need certain clothing and face sheild and goggles ear plugs and nose plugs the pit style you need someone with alot of patience that will climb down in little hole and when your cleaning it you have to be able to pump the pit out no water can be left.hope this helps we do kmarts walmarts also publix targets winn dixie. 300 year we do on a 3 month rotation

Wow the math on that is great 300 every 3 months thats 3600 cleanings a year and 7200 man hours times $100 an hour thats $720,000 a year!
How many crews do you have doing this cause according to the numbers you would need 2 or more crews. 7200 man hours divided by 10hr day thats 720 days divided by 2 crews is 360 days a year.

I think thats 1200 per year not 3600 making it 2400 man hours on 10hr days is 240 days by two crews is 120 days a year

300 x 3= 900 x 4 quarters = 3600 is what I did oops so its around $240k still not bad for one type of service.
