even more from the same place, this guy has several accounts and everyone looks similar to this. I am having a hard time taking these accounts from this person for 2 reasons. He is cheap, and they don't know better. I have been informing them but the price thing is hard to overcome as well as establishing trust. Any ideas

The top photos are one week after cleaning the property, I have made contact with this company, preformed a demonstration, the store manager was very pleased, district manager liked the results as well but could not justify the price i was asking. I offered to cut the services thus dropping the price and have herd nothing back from him yet.
I am waiting till later on this month to send out my year end special, very similar to Ron's except I only offer 1/2 off service through the years end for new 09 accounts. So i only make half of the potential revenue for one month then end up with 12 months full revenue if things go as planned.
Photos are parts of the demo I did. I am not real happy with the demo that i did because it was not done properly in my opinion. I didn't look things over when doing this or I would have done it way differently. I only cleaned the sidewalks and island on this side of the building and removed gum, then did one parking space, and some pile leaked a nice pile of oil in the middle of it.. There were hundreds of pieces of gum on just this side of the store.

This person must be using that famous Troy-built 2.8 gpm machine with a 16" surface cleaner, There is no way he's using hot water. On top of that he uses the stores Degreaser called Gorilla, lol

more pics of our local hacks and one of a grocery store I did recently, seems as if this is the same person, and he should learn to slow his AZ$ down a little bit and he could produce decent results if equipped with super iron our or OX

Here some more photos of the same company's stores but a different property. This guy has no clue, i guess he cannot figure out he needs to slow down with his surface cleaner.
The phrase I'm using now to give a picture to cutting in when speaking to the decision makers is: would you paint a wall with a roller and then not go back and cut in the corners, no, and a reputable pressure washer would not do this type of work either

Not so much with this account. For some reason I cannot even get the area manager to talk to me after I priced it

I wonder if the managers are just getting it done cheap and half azz so they can produce a receipt show it's being done to cover an insurance issue?

I am unsure on what this RM is thinking. I am $35.00 higher per service and we will actually clean and remove the bubble gum. I am unsure on why I cannot get a call back. Maybe I approached him wrong, however I have reread every email and went over each phone call I have had with him and nothing sticks out on where I went wrong

Not in this case, his son used to do these accounts but went back to school and is no longer doing them. This is the guy that does them now.

He had another chain here as well but has been cut out of that, I think he is doing an account that I have a meeting with the maintence MGR tomorrow. I wish I knew where he worked out of and I would take a month off and follow him taking notes of what all he does and go behind him on everything since he does not care about doing it right
