Continued.....

Let me Start, Russ has been a true help to contactors all around the country.

Russ truly has helped 100's I know of personally.

He has been a great Asset to pressure washing Institute.

How has Russ helped you?

I heard this Fleetwash Chem is Great

Russ is a great dude. I wish 2009 could have been a better year and I would have bought some more stuff from him. Hang in there Russ 2010 is looking better. I might have a little something in my hat for you this year! :rotflmao1:

Russ is a great guy and will always help you.

Russ recommended the Panel Bright and I wish I would have listened to him a lot sooner, it really works great! You have to listen to what he tells you about using that soap and do what he says.

He has given me a lot of great advice and it is always great.

Thanks Russ!

I was just at his place on Thursday picking up some chem.

In the past, he opened up shop on a Sunday Morning for us when we needed two Surface Cleaners ASAP.

He helped me by getting me some Taginator quickly just a couple months ago. He is very knowledgeable with equipment also. I don't trust most people from Kentucky, but I make an exception with him. :D

Hey easy what you say before you know who all you are dealing with!!:nono:
HA

I've been able to call Russ during the Nascar race when I was out at a job site and having problems with my machine and he was happy to help me.

I've also been able to call him a few hours before his shop was closing to get some swivel rebuild kits for my surface cleaner overnighted. They were at my doorstep the next day.

In addition to Russ giving away a big guy surface cleaner at the Texas Round Table.

Russ is truely a great guy and an asset to this industry. He supportes this industry in every way. I wish he could clone himself and his shop here.

Thanks Russ!!

Russ helped me with an ongoing problem that caused us down time way too often. He explained the solution and sent the parts out ASAP. The parts were only a few bucks but he took the time like it was a big sale.

Never had an issue with it again.

That right there tells you I'm REALLY putting myself out there. My wife can't even talk to me during a race...

My conversations with Russ usually go like this. " Hey Russ, Sorry to call you on a Saturday morning. My machine is making a chug, chug, tick tick noise and it wont start. Whats wrong with it." He then says something like "did you check the relay or pressure switch" or something like that and I usually say " Whats that?" He then has to dummy proof and walk me thru it but has always got me running.

Respect the Tech !

I try to throw in where I can help, but blogging is extremely time consuming.
I simply cannot do the time Russ is investing in you guys on the pressure washers,
as the reclaim equipment generates its own Q&A issues.
Russ needs to have a life too, so I have to say..
Respect the Tech !..
..Be clear, and concise, as you can, with the symptoms, so it's less time consuming to get you answers to your questions.
People like Russ are VERY few.. And he LOVES his job, or he's at least addicted to it,
to your benefit. Eh?
Always try to return the favor with an occasional order.. he needs an income.
..You don't work for free either.

Russ, keep up the good work ! ....:neo:

Having Russ as a local supplier is a great blessing. I'm notorious for asking a million questions while I'm there to pick up my chems. He answers all of them and has saved me from many rookie mistakes and a ton of money!!
