How do you get the Business??????????

Here's a great start for SEO , pressure washing budgets are the entire game. How do you get them to raise the budgets?

Anyone ever think you could get them to raise the budget?

I have seen the guy around when I lived in J-Ville. thats when all I did was the custom painting thing. He can have it at .39 C a SF even if it does not include paint. We were getting around $6 a SF, but we were doing ultra custom work at all the Golf Clubs Associations like Saw Grass and were hitting the higher profile, so its apples to oranges.

I do get what you are saying with the SEO and property manager budget time pressure washing. Sometimes having to wear more than one hat or become a multi hybrid tradesman to get in with companies. I am going to restart my exterior coatings business next year. I know what you are saying is right because we landed 9 BK's on a monthly cleaning because they asked if we painted and we do. Now, even if we did not we still did lol. I guess it may be time to make it over to contractor talk and start working deals with the other trades people huh?

Got a question about intitial cleaning prices Ron when you get the chance can you call me or I call you? Let me know...

I already know the question, many variables

No, I was not going to ask how much you charge as I already just plugged in how long it takes a person slower than me and other goodies to spit me out a number and put a percentage on that for the variable times that some stuff just takes longer for.

I was also going to ask what do you or have you said to gms on first meetings when you pop out a figure like $1,200 for an initial cleaning and keep them from choking on their bubble gum and going to the next kid fresh out of HS or in college to do it?

:moil: I will keep on drilling until I find solid ground with the answer to that question... Have a good one all.

I offer no apologies with my pricing. I know I can make a decent hourly income at my prices, and make sure that they know I have been in business, doing work every week, for 20 years. I usually even have work going on the weeks I am on vacation, and have flown home to service regular accounts, to keep my customers happy. I make sure they know it, too. It does a lot to build loyalty with a customer when they know you are making an effort to meet their needs.

Wave the intial, if they are going to be a 250,000 account why worry about the hurdle.

If that was the answer to the question it was easy.

PA, USA. Change thAt number, apparently I was her third caller.

I seen this on a pressure washing website.....Center Pricing is based solely on the GLA....What does GLA stand for?

GLA is Gross Leasable Area. Its the mount of area the property is on. You can take that figure and multiply by what ever your sq.ft. rate is to help determine your price.
It helps on big jobs or if its something out of town.

Yeah, I know that number is circulated. Actually if you look it up it is on the spoof cell number page. Figures I would get a spoof number when I came to pa. Man, after I got sick I let everything go..the number, website and everything...my only concern was getting better and to live...

I was wanting to know about the initial cleanings and I did go that route because the places were dirty but not insanely dirty. They also want a quote on the building washes..I am going to do them for $695 per every 3 months...now is that something you give away for a 1 time thing to get them all because it is 25K extra per year...

Also wanted to know where I can get info from the RT in SC..thats going to be my best bet as of now with all the commercials stuff for me going on...want to hire a person or so, but am afraid someone will screw it up...would hiring 1 salesperson help at this stage or should I wait and do you have a game plan you can give me that my salesperson needs to stick to?

Thanks
